·        S2 switch panel decals for air conditioned cars - $20 plus postage.

·        S1 Instrument panel and switch panel decals, free thanks to Morten Kristiansen. Download here.

·        S2 Instrument panel, a 3D model that I commissioned, download here. One person printed it out in Jan 2024 and reported the hole diameter for the main gauges was approx. 1 mm too small. Recommend caution when inserting your gauges, and/or possibly lightly sanding. I hate to change the pattern for fear it might make the holes to big, and your gauges would move around.

o   New Wiring - Fresh power for Headlights and fans. I ran TWO 10 ga. marine-quality wires from the starter to the front end. The output of light bulbs suffer when the voltage drops below the intended voltage. Before I started, I measured my battery voltage (engine off) at like 12.6 volts. At the headlight, I was only seeing about 9 volts. That does not mean that I was getting only 75% output from the lights, actually MUCH less. Therefore, the lights and those relays got a dedicated 10 ga wire. The Spal fans draw a LOT of current (7-9 amps each), and therefore the voltage drops some, but the fans can stand not running at 100% efficiency, but the lights can't. Of course, those voltages will differ when the engine is running, and the alternator is cranking out the power. Oh, BTW, I'm an engineer, so yes, I did the calculations. When you are measuring the length of a circuit. it is from the source (battery) to the device, and back to the ground of the battery. For the Lotus, that means about 18-20 feet total. Note: When I drew this, I switches the left and right side of the relays, but it works either way. These relays are standard relays available in the US, NOT LUCAS relays. They should last forever compared to the Lucas relays. I mounted them in boxes, and did not have to lengthen any of the original wires. Buy a professional wire crimper. It’s worth every penny.
